Potholes- This is River Road in Bucks County, USA

Help, I've driven on River Road and I can't get out. 

The roads this year are in rough shape. It's not a matter of patching.  The substructure is shot.  The roads are failing.  Please post photos of  potholes in your neighborhood with hashtag #penndothole We deserve better!
