Genesis Village #236

A panoramic view of the Genesis Village apartments from the front (facing Cabot Drive).  The first floor frontage will be a variety of retail shops and small businesses.

Apartment #236 is a two story corner unit apartment located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is elevator access to the main floor (2nd floor). The red line depicts the windows that belong to  apartment #236.

The front of Genesis Village (side facing Cabot Dr.) has retail spaces on the first floor.

This is a small "piazza" area in front of the retail spaces.

Mailboxes are located in the breezeway. Larger packages will be placed in a secure package room inside of the lobby.

Second floor apartments are fitted with a video intercom to buzz people into the lobby.

Apartment # 236 is one of four 2 Bedroom End Cap (or corner) apartments. The size is just over 1500 square feet and the monthly rent is $2,344.

At the time of this photo this apartment was still being finished so please excuse the detritus, boxes, etc... This is the living room/dining room area with the kitchen off to the left. With a corner unit you definitely get more light.

Heating and cooling is powered by natural gas. The apartment is quite energy efficient with R30 insulation and high quality double pane Pella windows.

Oak bannisters and fine details on iron spindles seen from the top of the stairs. The floors upstairs will be finished with carpet.

The bathroom in the second bedroom is spacious (all our bathrooms are designed to be big enough to accomodate a person in a wheelchair, if necessary). Sink tops will be finished with quartz countertops and again all fixtures are brushed nickel finishes. Really pretty.

The closet in the master bedroom is quite large and well organized with built in drawers and shelves.

There is a walk-in shower in the master bath with marble tile throughout and quartz countertops in the sink area.

The master bedroom is spacious, well lit and has plenty of windows. The floor (which is still being finished) will be carpeted.
